Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Troskapp and its professional clients for the provision of subscription services to the digital loyalty card management application.

2. Pricing and Payment

Subscription prices are displayed in euros including all taxes. Payment is made online by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Troskapp offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period unless cancelled by the customer. An invoice is issued for each payment and accessible from the customer portal. The 14-day free trial allows you to test the service without commitment.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. By accepting these Terms and using the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

5. Duration and Termination

The subscription is concluded for the chosen duration (monthly or annual) and renews automatically. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their customer portal or the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund.

6. Warranties

Troskapp commits to providing a service consistent with its description and to maintaining service availability as much as possible. In case of malfunction, the customer may contact support for technical assistance.

7. Liability

Troskapp's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the last 12 months. Troskapp shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
