All costs related to accessing the service, including hardware, software, or internet access fees, are the sole responsibility of the user. The user is solely responsible for the proper functioning of their computer equipment and internet access.

3. Registration and User Account

Using the service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the user must immediately notify Troskapp.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Troskapp service (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the service elements is prohibited without prior written authorization from Troskapp.
